Once booked in you will be seen by one of the clinical team. No tiltes are used in the clinic only first names.

Working in the background is our Practice Manager Terri, who you will not see in clinic, but is on hand to assist you with any complaint/concerns you may have and she is always happy to hear good feedback of the service.

Concerns, Complaints and Compliments- How to be heard

At Burnham & Berrow Medical Centre we believe that young people should have a voice. When things go well and when they don’t go well, we want to know.

We want to listen; your comments will help us improve our services to meet your needs.

Anyone who has received healthcare from us can raise a concern/complaint.

If you are not able to do so on your own then a parent/carer, relative or friend can do it for you as long as they have you permission.

If you feel that you have not been treated fairly when accessing our services and want to complain, the quickest way to get any concerns or complaints sorted out is to tell the doctor, nurse or a staff member how you feel.

If, after this, you are still unhappy or you do not want to talk to them face to face, you can:
